Raja Saker Krishnan has been the Managing Director of Spectrum Paradigm Sdn. Bhd. since its incorporation in June 2000. He holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from RMIT University of Technology, Melbourne, achieved in 2000. Additionally, he is qualified with a Diploma in Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce (1985) and a Diploma in General Management from the Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM) (1998).
Raja commenced his career in the accounting field, where he managed financial accounts and international group reporting for Behn Meyer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and ICI Industrial Chemicals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. from 1982 to 1990. He subsequently joined STS Electronics Sdn. Bhd. as Chief Financial Officer and later progressed to the role of General Manager, focusing on the development of the company’s business across various sectors, including ELV, security, and ICT system solutions.
Rajkumar Munnusamy joined Spectrum Paradigm Sdn Bhd in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive career in the international corporate landscape, particularly with Siemens Malaysia. As a seasoned Project Leader with 25 years of expertise in Information Technology, Security Systems, and Mechanical & Electrical Solutions, he has consistently driven innovation and exceeded client expectations across various competitive industries.
Rajkumar began his professional journey in an architectural firm before joining Siemens in the early 2000’s. Throughout his career, he developed his skills in system design and successfully led a multitude of critical milestone projects, showcasing his talents effectively.
Sundara Shyam Ravi commenced his career at Spectrum Paradigm Sdn Bhd in 2009 as a Project Executive. As the company experienced significant growth, he was promoted to Project Manager in 2014, where he successfully oversaw the Fire Alarm System upgrade for KLCC Twin Towers in collaboration with Siemens Malaysia. Throughout his tenure as Project Manager, he managed numerous key projects amounting to a total value of 50 million, including the noteworthy Dexcom Medical Facility Project in 2022.
In recognition of his contributions and leadership, he was appointed as a Company Executive Director in 2020, enabling him to take a more active role in developing and pursuing new business opportunities.
Muhammad Victor joined Spectrum Paradigm Sdn. Bhd. in 2021, bringing with him a wide expertise cultivated over an impressive career spanning nearly 30 years in the international corporate sector. His extensive background includes 20 years at Johnson Controls Malaysia, supplemented by two years at Honeywell Malaysia and four years at Siemens Malaysia. Additionally, he spent four years at RVQ Sdn. Bhd., a local company where he managed project design and execution for Building Management and Control Systems. With His Project Management Accomplishments throughout his career, Muhammad Victor has successfully designed and completed numerous ELV new and retrofit projects. His diverse experience covers a wide array of facilities, including office buildings, hotels, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, electronics and chips factories, power generation facilities, district cooling plants, data centers, tunnels, and more, with a strong focus on ELV systems.
Muhammad Victor’s blend of technical acumen, expansive managerial experience, and commitment to client satisfaction positions him as a highly valuable asset in the field of Integrated Building Management and Control Systems. As a seasoned Project Manager, Muhammad Victor has established a reputation for driving innovation and enhancing client satisfaction across various competitive industries. He embarked on his professional journey in 1995 at Johnson Controls Malaysia as an Application Engineer. Over two decades, he advanced through numerous roles, demonstrating his versatility and skill set, culminating in his position as Project Manager in 2011. His subsequent roles at Honeywell and Siemens further solidified his leadership in managing BMS and ELV system projects.
Joining Spectrum in November 2023, our Commercial Manager brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking approach to the team. His mission is to ensure our customers’ needs are not only met but exceeded, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. By combining deep market insights with strategic planning, he identifies and seizes commercial opportunities that align with Spectrum’s vision for growth.
A skilled communicator and natural leader, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and implementing innovative strategies that propel the company to new heights. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
His professional journey spans over a decade, beginning in the construction industry where he specialized in electrical works. He later transitioned to consultancy, honing his expertise in project management and strategic planning. Over time, he expanded his focus to business development, contributing to impactful projects across residential, commercial, government, and private sectors. Notably, he played a key role in planning and developing petrol stations at R&R locations along Malaysian highways and led renewable energy initiatives, including solar and hydroelectric projects.
Nur Ain Mohmad joined Spectrum Paradigm Sdn. Bhd. in 2010 as a Document Controller, playing a vital role in managing and controlling contract and project documentation to ensure full and proper project closures and seamless handovers. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in numerous projects, contributing significantly to the company’s operational success.
